We are very pleased to announce that we have already started a project to accelerate our company with the support of European funds within the framework of "Deeptech Accelerator" - an acceleration programme run by the Podkarpackie Innovation Centre. The project is called "MeMOM - Platform for Advanced Planning and Scheduling of Production Operations". The aim of the project is to adapt and implement a system for advanced planning and scheduling of production operations within the MeMOM platform at our business partner - Curtis Health Caps sp. z o.o.
Curtis Health Caps has been on the market since 1989 and deals with contract manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, medical products, food supplements and cosmetics. It offers both ready-made solutions and comprehensive customer support in the creation and development of private label products.
As part of the project, we will identify our partner's business needs for advanced planning and scheduling of production operations. To this end, we will conduct an analysis of the pharmaceutical production process and the planning and scheduling process currently implemented by Curtis. Based on this, we will determine which elements of the APS system within our MeMOM platform need to be adapted to meet Curtis' needs, and then develop our platform and integrate it with the business partner's other systems. Finally, we will run the APS system of MeMOM in our business partner's actual production environment and perform a final tuning of the system in terms of usability, speed and other user reported issues. We also produce documentation for the product. We will deliver the project using an agile implementation methodology, making the solution available to our partner from day one and allowing them to use, learn and validate the newly developed system functionality on an ongoing basis.
As a result, we expect to validate the APS system within the MeMOM framework in a previously unknown industry. We are looking forward to a fruitful cooperation with Curtis Health Caps after the completion of the programme, both on the APS system and other MeMOM functionalities not covered by the project, as well as with other companies in the industry.
